#What We Collect

The App requires no account, sign-up, or personal information to play. We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, photos, precise location, or advertising identifiers, and the App shows no ads.

We collect only the minimum needed to keep the App working and improve it: crash and performance data, anonymous feature-usage statistics (for example which game module was opened), and general device model / iOS version for compatibility. This is collected through Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics configured without advertising-identifier support. None of it is combined with other information to identify a child.

• Stored only on the device: game progress, stars, and settings
• Drawings: if a child saves a Paint drawing to Photos, iOS asks for permission to add to the photo library; we cannot see the photo library
• Reminders: if allowed, the App schedules local notifications on the device. We run no push-notification server
• Speech: reading words aloud uses the device's built-in text-to-speech; no audio is recorded and no microphone access is requested

#Purchases & Parental Gate

The App offers an optional, one-time in-app purchase (not a subscription) processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details or Apple ID. Before any purchase, restore, external link, rating request, or share action, the App requires a parental gate so a child cannot complete them alone.

#Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics): crash reports and anonymous usage statistics, configured without the advertising identifier (IDFA). No personal information is intentionally collected
• Apple App Store / StoreKit: processes the optional purchase
• Our content servers (cdn.dltechapps.com): the App downloads pictures and background music. These requests necessarily reveal the device's IP address to our server; we do not use it to identify a child

The App does not include third-party advertising, social media integrations, or other SDKs that collect personal information from children.

#Parental Rights & Controls

Parents and guardians may at any time:

• Request to review any information collected from their child
• Request deletion of any data associated with their child's use of the App
• Refuse further collection or use of their child's information
• Control notifications and purchases through iOS Settings and Screen Time (for example Ask to Buy)

We take reasonable steps to verify that a request relates to a requester's own child before acting on it, consistent with COPPA's verifiable parental consent requirements.

#Data Retention & Security

Crash and performance data is kept for a limited period for debugging (up to 30 days on our side); purchase records are kept by Apple as required by law. Data stored on the device stays there until the App is deleted. We maintain no user accounts or profiles. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we collect, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The App is available worldwide and is designed to comply with COPPA (US), GDPR (EU), and other regional children's privacy laws.

Behind the parental gate, the App links only to this Privacy Policy, our website, and the App Store — no third-party sites that could collect a child's information. We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date above and, where significant, an in-app notice.
