This Privacy Policy describes how DL Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in the OffSpend mobile application (the "App"). Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Financial Data You Enter

All transaction records, categories, budgets, and settings you enter in OffSpend are stored exclusively on your device using local device storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it yourself.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

OffSpend displays advertisements through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique advertising identifiers (Advertising ID)
• Advertising Interaction Data: Information about ads viewed or interacted with
• General Location: Country or region level only, derived from IP address by AdMob

This data is collected solely by Google AdMob for ad delivery purposes. We do not have access to or control over this data. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.

1.3 No Account, No Registration

OffSpend does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number to use the App.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

2.1 Local Storage Only

All financial data — including transactions, categories, budgets, and preferences — is stored in your device's local database (SQLite via Room). This data is:

• Stored only on your personal device
• Never transmitted to our servers or any third-party server
• Not backed up to any cloud service by our App
• Fully under your control at all times

2.2 Backups

OffSpend allows you to export your data as a local .json backup file saved to your device storage. This backup file:

• Is saved only on your device in a folder you choose
• Is never sent to our servers
• Can be shared by you via any app you choose (e.g. email, cloud storage) — this is entirely your decision and responsibility

3. Advertising

OffSpend displays ads through Google AdMob. These ads help us keep the App free. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve personalized ads based on your interests.

Your Advertising Choices: You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

Opting out means you may still see ads, but they will not be personalized to your interests.

4. In-App Purchases

OffSpend offers an optional in-app purchase (Remove Ads) processed through the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Google. Please refer to Google Play Terms of Service for details.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Because we do not collect your personal or financial data, we do not sell, trade, or share it. The only data that may be shared is advertising-related data collected directly by Google AdMob as described in Section 3.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of DL Technologies or others.

6. Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are in full control of deletion:

• Delete all transactions: Use the "Delete All Data" option in the App's Settings
• Delete the App: Uninstalling OffSpend will permanently remove all locally stored data from your device

There is no data on our servers to delete because we never collect any.

7. Data Security

Because your data is stored locally on your device, its security depends on your device's own security features (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device's operating system and security settings up to date. We implement reasonable measures within the App to protect local data integrity.

8. Children's Privacy

OffSpend is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 is using the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information. Since we do not collect personal data, most requests are automatically fulfilled by the nature of the App. For advertising-related data collected by Google AdMob, please contact Google directly or use the opt-out options described in Section 3.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
